This Criminal Original Petition is filed for a direction to the respondent to give police protection for constructing the petitioner's house situated at No.136, North Raja Street, Thoothukudi. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) on instructions would submit that no petition is received from the petitioner.

3.This fact has been disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner. This Court is not willing to go into the said dispute. However, the petitioner is permitted to appear before the respondent on 21.04.2015 along with the copy of the complaint. After receipt of the same, the respondent is directed to take appropriate steps. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
