This petition is filed to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.237 of 2018 on the file of the I Additional District and Sessions Court, Madurai insofar as the petitioner is concerned.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that the criminal case was ended in acquittal on 04.08.2022, by the trial Court in S.C.No.237 of 2018.

3. In view of the submission made by the prosecution this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
