O RDER This petition is filed to quash the F.I.R in Crime No.126 of 2021, on the file of the first respondent police.

2. On the side of the prosecution, it is stated that already investigation was over, charge sheet filed and the same was taken on file as S.T.C. No.50 of 2022 by the Judicial Magistrate, Gandharvakkottai. A petition in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5205 of 2021 to quash the S.T.C.No.50 of 2021, was filed before this Court and the same was quashed by this Court.

3. In view of the submission made by the prosecution, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
