O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate, Fast Track Court (Magisterial Level), Karur to take up the C.C.No.470 of 2014 on file and proceed in accordance with law.

2.When the matter was posted for admission on 17.12.2014, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner took adjournment and the same was posted on 07.01.2015. Thereafter, more than four occassions, when the matter was listed, the learned counsel for the petitioner took adjournments only. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court.

3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the case is of the year 2014. Therefore, this Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose. 4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
