O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to allow this Criminal Original Petition and set aside the docket order passed by Learned Judicial Magistrate, Valliyoor in Cr.M.P.No.Not numbered of 2014, dated 19/09/2014 and consequently direct the respondent to register a case on the petitioner's complaint dated 13/08/2014. 2.When the matter was posted for admission on 22.12.2014, at request of the petitioner, it was ordered to post after vacation. Thereafter, the learned counsel for the petitioner only took adjournments. Therefore, the matter is pending for the past 4 years without even ordering notice or admitting by this Court. 3.It seems that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with the matter, further. More over, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submits that the complaint filed by the petitioner in C.S.R.No.257 of 2014 has been closed after completing the investigation.

4.In view of the above, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
