ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the order dated 31.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2087 of 2025 insofar as the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the respondent-Police weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. Mr.V.Angusamy, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that on the same day, when the petitioner came out on bail from prison, his father-inlaw was arrested. Therefore, the petitioner was not in a position to comply the above said condition. Hence this modification petition. 2/4

3. In view of the facts and circumstances, the condition no.8(b) of the order dated 31.01.2025 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2087 of 2025 is modified and the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, Thallakulam Police Station (Crime), Madurai weekly twice i.e., on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Other conditions shall hold good.
