RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time limit fixed by this Honourable Court to surrender before the Learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi, Ramanathapuram in pursuance to the order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No. 6784 of 2017 dated 07.06.

2017 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.JEGADEESWARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police. 2.This Court by order dated 07.06.2017 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.6784 of 2017 while granting anticipatory bail directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Judicial Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy is made ready, failing which, anticipatory bail petition stands dismissed. However, the petitioner failed to do so and filed the present petition for extension of time.

3.It is seen that copy of the order was made ready on 13.06.2017 and the present petition is filed on 27.06.2017 before this Court. Hence, this petition is in time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the reasons stated in the affidavit, one week time is granted for complying with the conditions already imposed from the date on which the order copy is made ready.
