ORDER
This Criminal Revision Case has been filed as against the order passed by the learned I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Tiruchirapalli in Crl.M.P.No.4133 of 2021, dated 12.11.2021 and thereby, dismissing the private complaint filed by the petitioner against the respondents herein.

The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was doing his Ph.D in Bishop Heber College and without completing the Ph.D, he get the employment in the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation, which came to know to the University through the anonymous letter and therefore, conducted an enquiry and get the report from the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation and conformed that the petitioner was employed in part time in the Tamil Nadu Civil Supplies Corporation.

As the above, the first respondent had imposed the punishment of Rs.5000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) penalty and the full time research is converted to the part time Ph.D. Therefore, according to the petitioner the above said proceedings is harassing the petitioner by the reason that, he belongs to the SC/CT community. When the petitioner approached the first respondent and requested to absolve the punishment, but the first respondent abused him in the language in the name of caste and purposely restrained the petitioner to complete the Ph.D. Therefore, he lodged a complaint before the third respondent. No action has been taken and he filed a private complaint. The third respondent had rightly enquired the matter and concluded as 'mistake of fact'. Therefore, the Court below rightly rejected the petition filed by the petitioner and dismiss the petition. This Court finds no infirmity or illegality order passed by the Court below. This Criminal Revision Case is dismissed.
