ORDER

This petition has been filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register a case on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, dated 02.12.2013.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.96 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 406,420,379 and 506(ii) of IPC.
