ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 3rd respondent police not to harass on the guise of enquiry against the petitioner and his family members bases on the false complaint given by the 4th respondent / defacto complainant.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents no.1 to 3 would submit that based on the complaint given by the 4th respondent, they assigned C.S.R.No.32 of 2025. They conducted an enquiry and the said complaint was closed. During the enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioner.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. No costs. 12.02.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes mac 2/4
