Contempt Petition is filed under section 11 of the Contempt of Court Act, praying to initiate contempt proceedings under section 11 of the contempt of court Act, 1971 against the contemnor for 2nd respondent herein for his wilful disobedience in implementing the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in WP(MD).No.3677 of 2017 dated 02.03.2017 and punish the Respondent for Contempt of court. Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents Nos. 1 & 2 to remove the encroachment made by the 3rd respondent at Public pathway in Survey No. 134/2 situated at Merpanaikadu Village, Aranthangi Taluk, Pudukkottai District by considering the petitioner's representation dated 07.11.2016.
