ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to register the case in pursuant to the complaint given by the petitioner in complaint dated 28.11.2014.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending.

3. In view of the same, the third respondent is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
