ARUNKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.P.KANNITHEVAN, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side)on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 2.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 28/10/2015 made in Crl.OP(MD)No.19581/15 to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police daily at 10.00 a.m. until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall appear before the respondent Police as and when required for interrogation.
