RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.5933/2017 dated 18/05/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.THALAIMUTHARASU, Advocate for the petitioner MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 07.06.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, this Court is inclined to allow the petition:- Accordingly, the petition is allowed to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am for a period eight weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 03/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
