This Writ Petition is filed for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st and 2nd respondents to provide adequate Police protection upcoming survey with respect to the subject property situated in Survey Nos.133/11A, located at Mumbalai Village, Manalmelkudi Taluk, Pudukkottai District, by 2/4

considering the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2026.

2.Heard both sides.

3.This Court, without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 24.01.2026 and pass appropriate orders within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

4. With these observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
