ORDER

This writ petition has been filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1st Respondent to remove the petitioner's name in History sheet in H.S.No.03/2021 maintained by the 3rd Respondent based on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.01.2026 in accordance with law within time stipulated by this Court.

2. This Court, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 27.01.2026 and conduct enquiry and process the same, as per law within a period of Four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

3. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
