This petition is filed to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner, under the guise of enquiry.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the petitioner was only called for enquiry, based on the complaint received by the 2nd respondent police, after issuing summons and therefore, there is no harassment by the respondents police.
