Prayer in CRP(MD) No. 2775 of 2024:- Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, praying to pass an order to struck off the D.V.C.No.11 of 2024 on the file of the Additional Mahila Court, Theni.

ORDER:- This Civil Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and affidavit filed in support thereof, the earlier order of this court and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. K. Sureshkumar, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Thiru. T. Sivanantham, Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order: This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to set aside the order of dismissal passed by this Court in C.R.P(PD)(MD)No.2775 of 2024, dated 06.01.2025 and to restore the same.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, this Civil Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
