Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents 1 to 7 to include the petitioner's loan account number 2761 in the beneficiary list as per the G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 08.02.2021 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021. *********** This writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus seeking for a direction to the respondents 1 to 7 to include the petitioner's loan account number 2761 in the beneficiary list as per the G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 08.02.2021 by considering the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2021 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.The case of the petitioner is that he is entitled for the loan waiver as per the aforementioned scheme and therefore the petitioner must be included in the beneficiary list as per G.O.Ms.No.15 dated 08.02.2021. The petitioner has also given a representation dated 08.11.2021 which according to him has not been considered till date. In such circumstances, the writ petitioner has filed this writ petition.

3.Heard Mr.S.Gokulraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, Mr.P.Thilak Kumar, learned Government Pleader who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 1 to 5 and Mr.M.Senthil Ayyanar, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of respondents 6 to 9.

4.Learned Government Advocate on instructions would submit that the petitioner's representation dated 08.11.2021 has already been considered and rejected by order dated 14.02.2022. 5.Since final orders have been passed in the petitioner's representation, the only remedy available to the petitioner is to challenge the order dated 14.02.2022.

6.Therefore, this Writ Petition is disposed of, giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the order dated 14.02.2022 in the manner known to law. There shall be no order as to costs.
