ORDER
This writ petition has been filed for the issue of writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the representation made by the petitioner, wherein, the petitioner has sought for cancellation of names of two private parties from patta No.68. 2.The case of the petitioner is that the subject property was owned by her husband. Thereafter, he deserted the petitioner and their children. He died on 30.07.2018. According to the petitioner, some of the persons, who never had any right over the property had mutated their names in the revenue records with respect to the property belonging to the husband of the petitioner. 3.The petitioner made a representation to the second respondent on 18.12.2020, seeking for the removal of the names of the private parties from the patta. Since the same was not considered, the present writ petition has been filed before this Court, seeking for appropriate directions.
4.Heard Mr.R.Murugapoopathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.M.Lingadurai, learned Government Advocate, appearing for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

5.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of this case and the limited relief sought for in this writ petition, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner, dated 18.12.2020, after affording opportunity to the petitioner and to those persons whose names are found in the patta and deal with the same on its own merit and in accordance with law and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6.The petitioner is directed to make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all relevant documents and also a copy of this order.
7.This writ petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
