ORDER
This writ petition is filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2, not to invoke any detention proceedings against the petitioner son Surendar, 22 -year-oldman, without prior notice to him.
2. The case of the petitioner is that his son fell in love with one Keerthana, resident of Poolathur, Kodaikanal Taluk, Dindigul District. On 14.10.2021, his son and his wife came to Poolathur to attend temple festival. W.P (MD).No. 3329 of 2022 found dead with knife injuries. Based on which the fourth respondent registered a case in crime No.218 of 2021 for the offences under Sections 294(b), 324,341 and 302 of IPC, in which the petitioner is also an accused. Thereafter the petitioner was arrested and released on bail. The petitioner is now apprehending that the respondents are taking steps to invoke detention proceedings as against his son.
3. There is only apprehension that the respondents are taking steps to invoke detention proceedings as against his son. Further the petitioner's son has not approached this Court for any relief and the petitioner being the father without any reason has filed this petition.
4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition stands dismissed. No costs.
