By consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for final hearing at the admission stage itself.

2.The present petition is filed seeking for a direction to the respondent Nos.3 and 4 to remove the petitioner's name from the History Sheet No.586 of 2017 on the file of the fifth respondent. 3.Mr.S.Chandra Sekar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, who accepts notice for the respondents, on instructions, would contend that the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2021 is posted for enquiry.

4.Considering the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Court directs the fifth respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, in accordance with law, based on findings and on merits, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order/uploading of the order.

5.With the above observation, this petition is disposed of. No costs.
