The order of punishment is under challenge in the present writ petition.

2. Against the final order passed by the disciplinary authority, the petitioner preferred an appeal and the appellate https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.3053 of 2022 authority confirmed the punishment. However, the Reviewing Authority initiated review proceedings and issued a review show cause in proceedings, dated 25.01.2022. Against the show cause notice, the petitioner filed a Writ Petition in W.P.(MD)No.3047 of 2022 and the said writ petition was dismissed. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to submit his explanations / objections to the show cause notice issued by the Reviewing Authority and after disposal of the review, if any grievance exist, the petitioner is liberty to file a writ petition challenging the said order, including the orders passed by the original disciplinary authority and the appellate authority.

3. With these liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
