Heard both sides.

2.The petitioner claims to be in possession of the petition mentioned land. He is said to have constructed a house under a welfare scheme. The petitioner alleges that the respondents are attempting to dispossess him.

3.If the petitioner is in physical possession of the petition mentioned property, the respondents will have to necessarily adhere to due process of law. Notice has to be issued and only after considering the petitioner's explanation any adverse action can be taken. 2/4

4.This writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs.
