2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the FIR in Crime No.487 of 2015 has been closed under Section 468 of Cr.P.C., as lapse of period.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this criminal original petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
