This quash petition is filed to quash the proceedings in CC.No.26 of 2005 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District.
2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.It is seen from the records that when the matter was taken up for hearing on 04.12.2015 for admission, no notice was ordered. Thereafter, it was not listed. Therefore, it is clear that the petitioner has no interest to proceed with this matter. This Court is of the view that the pendency of this criminal original petition would not serve for any purpose.
