: Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to direct the 2nd respondent to grant the entire death benefits of the petitioner's daughter Sarimala Devi (Police Constable No.1737) died on 05.04.2017 to her son Master Vikas V. born on 12.10.2014 and deposit the same in his bank account of State Bank of India, Manamadurai Branch, Sivagangai District in SB Account, No.39726664551, IFSC.SBIN0001039 as per the order in G.W.O.P.No.17/2019 dated 28.11.2019 on the file of the Principal District Judge, Sivagangai by considering the petitioner's representation dated 15.11.2021, within the period as stipulated by this Court.
