Prayer in CRL OP(MD)No. 720 of 2025:- Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, praying to direct the Special Court for exclusive trial of SC/ST Act cases, Tiruchirappalli, to accept the petitioners surrender in connection with Crime No.06/2025, on the file of the Second Respondent and consider their bail application on the same day in accordance with law.
ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, earlier order of this court 20.01.2025 made in CRL OP(MD)No. 720 of 2025 and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru. C. Senthil Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Thiru. R.M.Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents 1 and 2, this Court made the following order:
"The Petitioner filed this petition to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.720 of 2025, dated 20.01.2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.
