PRAYER: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the 2nd respondent to forthwith issue the Work Site Inspection Certificate and Working Condition of Plant and Machinery Certificate to the petitioner, based on the application dated 23.01.2026 and 29.01.2026, enabling the petitioner to submit the tender bid as per the Tender Notification issued by the 1st respondent vide Tender Notice No. 56/2025-26/HDO, dated 19.01.2026.

ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed seeking a mandamus directing the second respondent to issue the work site inspection certificate and working condition of plant and machinery certificate to the writ petitioner based upon his applications dated 23.01.2026 and 29.01.2026 to enable the petitioner to participate in the tender notification dated 19.01.2026.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondents brought to the notice of the Court that the request of the petitioner has been rejected by way of proceedings dated 02.02.2026 and placed on record the order passed by the second respondent. A copy of the said order has also been furnished to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner. 2/4
