710/2017 dated 10/03/2017 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.V.KANNAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 24.03.2017 onwards. He further submitted that in this case investigation was completed and charge sheet was filed in PRC.No.25 of 2017 before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Manamadurai.

3.Considering above said facts, the condition imposed on the petitioner is relaxed. However, the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on receipt of summons.
