ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Para 5(b) of the said Crl.OP(MD) No. 517/2025 dated, 10.01.2025 in connection with Crime No. 61/2024 on file of the respondent.

2. C. Iyaapparaj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past six weeks. He further submits that now, the respondent-police is harassing the petitioner and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3. Mr.K. Sanjay Gandhi, learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent Police, submits that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly for the past six weeks without any violation.

4. In view of the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), without going into the merits of the case, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in the said Criminal Original Petition as follows: 2/4

"The petitioner shall appear and sign before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Trichy weekly once i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 am until further orders."

5. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the condition No.5(b) imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.517 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025 is modified as stated above. The other conditions shall hold good.
