ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10236 of 2025, dated 21.11.2025.

complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for 18 days only and that no previous case is pending against the petitioner/.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition and that there is no previous case pending against the petitioner, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.(MD)No.10236 of 2025, dated 21.11.2025 is relaxed.
