ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] The petitioner filed this Habeas Corpus Petition for production of his son, namely, Ajith, aged about 22 years.

2.Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that a case has been registered against the detenue under Section 366(A) and 5(1) and 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act in Crime No.48/2024.

3.In view of the same, we feel that there has been no illegal custody as alleged by the petitioner and this petition is liable to be dismissed. Accordingly, this Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
