This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.MP(MD) No.9616 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD) No.746 of 2024, dated 18.09.2024, in and by which, the petitioner was directed to appear before the trial Court once in a week, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m, pending the appeal.
