ORDER:- This Petition coming upon for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and the letter in D.No.59 dated 07/01/2021 from the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, this Court made the following order: Accepting the reasons assigned in the letter of the learned Subordinate Judge, Thirumangalam, dated 07.01.2021, the time granted to dispose of HMOP.No.20 of 2019 is extended by three months from today.
