O R D E R

This Writ Petition is filed seeking a direction to the respondents 2 and 3 to implement the order passed by the 1st respondent dated 10.08.2022 in the light of petitioner's representation dated 23.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has already sent a representation on 23.12.2025, seeking to implement the order of the 1st respondent, dated 10.08.2022, wherein a direction was given to the third respondent to make necessary modification to register the documents on the basis of patta standing at present. Since the said representation was not considered till date, the petitioner has approached this Court.

3. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2025 would be considered in accordance with law. 2/4

In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, this Court directs the third respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 23.12.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
