RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court in Order of this Honourable Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.5982 of 2017 dated 18.05.2017 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.A.SYED ABDUL KATHER, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.RAMAR, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. 2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 28.05.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

3. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am for a period four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 04/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
