ORDER

This Petition has been filed to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15591 of 2024, dated 17.10.2024 to surrender and execute the surety before the learned Additional Mahila Court, Srivilliputhur.

2. Mr.C.Susikumar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that since 1/3

compromise talks were going on, the petitioner did not surrender, hoping that the issue will be settled amicably. Hence, he prays to grant further time to surrender and execute the sureties.

3. Heard Mr.S.S.Manoj, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the State.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and time is extended till 06.03.2025 to comply the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.15591 of 2024, dated 17.10.2024. sd/- 19/02/2025 / TRUE COPY / /02/2025 Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.
