ORDER:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof, earlier order of this court dated 10/01/2025 made in CRL OP(MD) No. 637 of 2025 and upon hearing the arguments of Thiru.C. Senthil Murugan, Advocate for the Petitioners and of Thiru. R.M. Anbunithi, Additional Public Prosecutor for the Respondents, 1 & 2 this Court made the following order:

"The Petitioner filed this petition to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.637 of 2025, dated 10.01.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the official respondents.

3. Considering the reasons stated by the petitioner in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and the time is extended by another 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order."
