O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, to forbear the second respondent from interfering with the civil dispute between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of land in S.Nos.279/2, 280, 281/1B at Kondanagaram Village, Tirunelveli Taluk & District.

2.It is seen that the third respondent lodged complaint against the petitioner and it is pending for enquiry on the file of the second respondent.

3.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed not to interfere with the civil dispute pending between the petitioner and the third respondent in respect of the property comprised in S.Nos.279/2, 280, 281/1A, 281/1B, situated at Kondanagaram Village, Tirunelveli Taluk & District, except the complaint lodged by the third respondent against the petitioner with regard to cognizable offence if any.
