O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioners to direct the respondent Nos.1 and 2 not to harass the petitioners and their family members under the guise of enquiry on the basis of petitioners' representation dated 04.02.2025.

2. According to the petitioner there is a property dispute pending between the parties, thereby in order to convert the civil dispute into criminal dispute, the fourth respondent herein lodged a complaint. Based upon the said complaint, the petitioners are called for by the respondent police frequently and harassed under the guise of enquiry. Therefore, the petitioners sent a representation on 04.02.2025, the same was not considered.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the Respondent Nos.1 & 2 would submit that based upon the complaint given by the 4th respondent, the respondent police have conducted enquiry and they closed the complaint. During enquiry, they have not harassed the petitioners. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication in the present petition.
