This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide police protection to the petitioner based on the petitioner's representation/complaint, dated 28.10.2023. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that based on the representation given by the petitioner's wife, a case in Cr.No.36 of 2023 has been registered. After conducting investigation, final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Karambakudi. Therefore, nothing survives for further adjudication.
