ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition filed, under Section 482 Cr.P.C., seeking orders, to call for the records of the impugned FIR in Crime No.495 of 2019 on the file of the first respondent Police and quash the same as illegal.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today (i.e.,15.02.2023), the learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect. Permission is granted.
