The petitioner seeks for quashing of the FIR in Crime No.59 of 2024 on the file of the 1st respondent police dated 05.02.2024

The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that the investigation is now completed and a Final Report has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi, through E-filing and the same is yet to be taken on file. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication.
