ORDER

The petitioner Samynathan is present in person. The defacto complainant Syed Ismail is also present in person. The defacto complaint has no objection for quashing the FIR in toto. 2.I am, therefore, of the view that the continuation of the impugned prosecution is not going to serve purpose. In this view of the matter, the impugned FIR stands quashed. This criminal original petition is allowed.
