This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the second respondent to register an First Information Report on the basis of the complaint, dated 30.04.2014, against the respondents 3 to 7.

2. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, already a case has been registered in Crime No.41 of 2015 for the offences under Sections 342, 323, 324 I.P.C.
