2.Mr.A.Ramar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent states that the petitioner is complying with the condition imposed by this Court regularly from 27.03.2017 onwards and the investigation is still pending.

4. Considering the reasons assigned for relaxation of condition

and also the nature of charges pending against the petitioner, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police once in a week i.e on every Monday at 10.30 am for a period three weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 04/07/2017 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
