ORDER

This petition has been filed by the husband to withdraw the case in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2018 on the file of the learned Principal Sub Judge, Trichy and transfer the same to the file of the learned Family Judge, Madurai, to try along with the case in H.M.O.P.No.609 of 2018 on the file of the learned Family Judge, Madurai. 2.Having regard to the facts narrated in the petition, the convenience of the parties and the counsel appearing for the respondent reporting no objection for transferring the proceedings in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2018 from the Principal Sub Court, Trichy, to the Family Court, Madurai, to try along with H.M.O.P.No.609 of 2018 pending before the Family Court, Madurai, this Court is inclined to allow this Petition. The learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Trichy, is directed to transfer the records in H.M.O.P.No.116 of 2018 from his file to the Family Court, Madurai, to try along with H.M.O.P.No.609 of 2018 on his file as expeditiously as possible. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.Accordingly, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
