2.Today(16.06.2023), when this Contempt Petition is taken up for admission, the learned Additional Advocate General has produced a communication of the Commissioner, Kayalpattinam Municipality in Na.Ka.No.94/2019/A3, dated 15.06.2023 that the petitioner's representation dated 19.02.2019 has been considered. 3.Recording the aforesaid submission, this contempt petition is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above communication in the manner known to law, if he is so advised.
