ORDER
The present Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the 1 to 3 respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2023 along with receipt No.8562/2023, dated 29.12.2023 and thereby to restrain the Registration of the sale deeds pertaining to R.S.No.46/5A1, 7 Ares, R.S.No.46/6, 6 Ares, and R.S.No.47/8, 28 Ares, totally 41 2/5
Ares, or 1 acre and 1 cent situated in Srinivasanallur Village, Kumbakonam Taluk, Thanjavur District, which is mentioned in the sale deed executed by the 5th and 6th respondents as Directors of Ponnappan Traders in favour of the 7th respondent K.Tamilmul Ansari.
2.This Court without expressing any opinion on merits is directing the official respondents to consider the petitioner's representation dated 25.12.2023 and pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the application is submitted under Section 77(A) of the Registration Act, the official respondents are directed to conduct an enquiry under Section 83 of the Registration Act, after issuing notice to all the parties and thereafter, pass orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.With the above observations, this Writ Petition is allowed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
